We had a great experience with Sierra Shine for window washing and gutter cleaning. From setting up a day and time that worked for us to a completed job, Joey was easy to work with. He quickly responded to messages and was communicative. He let us know when he was on his way and arrived as promised. He’s easy to work with and friendly. Most importantly, he did excellent work! Joey, the owner, was friendly and professional. My wife was a bit leery of someone knocking on our door offering solar panel cleaning but Joey was able to provide proof of insurance as well as his business license with El Dorado County. He offered us what we thought was a pretty good deal so we agreed to have him clean our solar panels. The before and after pictures speak louder than words. We will definitely hire Sierra Shine for future projects
Met Joey a couple months ago while he was cleaning a neighbors solar panels, I asked him to clean mine and he came to my home next and cleaned mine. A few days ago I asked him if he would install my permanent outdoor string lights and he installed them today. Joey is a hard working young man, respected my property and did a nice clean job. I will use him for window cleaning this spring.

Joey did a great job cleaning my 34 solar panels on second story roof. He was meticulous not to crack any cement roof tiles and even reported to me that there wasn't any problems on my roof. My solar is working at maximum capacity allowing my whole house batteries to charge faster. In looking at my battery app details, I believe they are producing 5 to 7% more efficient. Joey is a young entrepreneur who takes pride in his work and gives a great value to his customers.

Joey was very polite professional and efficient. He was conscientious about the roof too and safety. It was super exciting to watch the solar edge app PRODUCTION CLIMB panel by panel as he cleaned! I gained 37% from start to finish in production. Amazing. They look great. I will hire SIERRA SHINE (Joey) again and I suggest you do also. The energy production will pay me. He does windows and roof cleaning also . I went from 5.67 kWh to 10.4 kWh just while he was here.
